CONTROLLED INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICS

FTOS coordinates road, tanker, container, sea and terminal operations for demanding industrial supply chains.
Our story
Built around the movement—not the marketing.
FTOS is built around clear operating data, disciplined handovers and accountable cargo movement across every route stage.

FTOS operates in Uzbekistan, with international requests to Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan reviewed route by route.

Built around
control, visibility & accountability

Our approach is simple:
Understand the cargo, define the route, assign every handover and keep the next action visible.
Movement requests are reviewed from the cargo, origin, destination, timing and special requirements supplied by the client.

FTOS aligns the shipper, carrier, terminal and documentation handover around one agreed movement plan, while keeping responsibility clear at every stage.

The FTOS
operating standard

These principles shape planning, loading, dispatch, documentation and every operational handover.
01

Cargo Understanding

Cargo profile, equipment, loading method and delivery requirements are understood before the route is confirmed.
02

Route Discipline

Origin, destination, access, timing and corridor constraints are translated into one controlled route plan.
03

Operational Ownership

Each operational stage has an owner, a milestone and a defined next action.
04

Documentation

Movement data, loading records and handover documents stay connected to the cargo operation.
05

Continuous Control

Status, exceptions and corrective action remain visible from movement request through delivery closeout.
